introduction

A key aspect of my practice is the study of syntax in nature, driven by questions about the relationship between consciousness and the organization of physical matter, and the processes and patterns common to both. In the rhythms and structures of this deep order, I believe we see reflected the true nature and meaning of our existence.

The subjects of this natural philosophy range from the morphology of the coral reef to the materiality of light, with the aim of introducing irruptions of musically ordered complexity into our urban landscapes - opportunities for daydreaming and playful interaction that reconnect us to tangible experience.
