'sub-cellular' (photomontage), pvc inflatable, 2006.
Appearing overnight, lodged between buildings, blocking streets, an irruption of alien nature, giant spores, a bloom of jewel-like colour. Soft, gentle, awkward obstacles, forcing a creative response to familiar spaces rendered strange. Disappearing just as suddenly, leaving only rumour and speculation, glimpses from cars now troubling memory, perhaps hallucination.
